For you West Texas folks

I wouldn't be doing my local bike community any favors if I didn't plug an upcoming event.

It's a small town, but, they're actually expecting a ton of people. Plus, they're having the Kentucky Head Hunters and Joe Ely playing the concert.

I'm not sure how many of you in here are close enough to make it. It's this towns first attempt in years to try to bring something promising here. It may not be the best one, but, I do know there are some groups making it a mandatory ride for it's members.

I have a feeling the majority of people are going to be the cruiser/chopper crowd, but, I'm hoping to see some showing of the sport bike crowd.

it would be a long way psyco... Snyder, Texas is west of Abilene ... its over 2 hours from me in Wichita Falls...

I think Snyder is about 1-1/2 or 2 hours above San Angelo.

snyder tx is northwest of odessa tx about 1-1 1/2 hours. and about 60 miles from lubbock.
