ok i dont know why i thought of this logic BUT i did... busas dont come in any real flashy colors. now look at hondas.. they like to put red on everything.. wonder why? I KNOW WHY! busas dont have to look fast because they are! now hondas on the other hand arent fast so they have to look fast with all that red everywhere.... and yes another BUT, a viper red busa would look pretty freaking cool.. show and go..

they do say tho u meet the nicest people on a honda! LOL

That new CBR1000RR sounds like it may shoot down yer theory a bit......they're sayin around 155hp and 370lbs dry........pretty crazy if ya ask me.

I like Honda's, They are probably some of the best balanced bikes out there. They are not the Fastest, they are not the best handling, or the quickest. But they are prolly some the best all around day to day functional fun and worry free bikes made. All they have to do is get rid of the freaking linked brakes. Better than our Busa's, I cannot really say yes, but they are still killer bikes...

There was a "red" busa. Burgandy and silver/grey (red-green color blind) in the U.S. and wasn't there a red and black in Europe.

Honda makes great products. I think that they are finaly realizing that people that buy the super sport bikes are not interested in comfort. It's all about performance, and I think the new 1000 will show this. Finally. I have owned 3 Honda's, all excellent. I put 38k of the hardest miles you would ever want to put on my '88 Hurricane 1K, and all I did was change the oil, new chain, sprockets, and put new tires on it. It was rode hard and put away wet daily. (Except the 5 months of winter storage. I only had her for 18 months.) How could I complain?

wasnt the burgandy/grey busa a 2001? i know u dont see to many of them but they are nice lookin just like the gold/silver model.. but no real RED ones (i dont know about the european models tho) and i would really like to see that honda red and kawi green photoshopped one... maybe with a splash of yami blue in it to.. come to think of it.. isant that sacriligious to do that to a busa? lol

i own a superhawk and a busa love em both. about the only thing i enjoy more on the hawk is wheelies. can pull them on the zuk but your doing about 70 to start.

I know there is a red/grey 1999 Canadian model. I rode it today... Its really not Honda red anyways. Kinda candy appleish red.

Superhawk wuz my first bike. You are RIGHT about the wheelies... Very wheelie prone bike. Had dual D&Ds, sounded like a pissed off chevy 350. I miss that bike.
