Fontana Test 'N Tune Today

Local 1/4 mile track,pretty old and beat up(and the only track I know of that actually runs uphill)and windy as hell today(20 mph head/cross wind,eventually shut the 1/4 down and let people run the 1/8th).All local guys just out for the day;



Freddie Camarena(runs NHRA PSM),just hangin' out;







Auggie Herreara,has several fast Busas but today just brought out a stock 14 to play with,even with the strong head wind and stock exhaust still ran a 9.30;

This track is really low key and only 20 minutes from the house...runnin' 90.Can park your bike in the pits with friends,always has a couple of food vendors,everybody knows everybody,and it's usually $10 to spectate/$20 to race(sometimes a little more,depending on the event).

Planning on heading out there this weekend 5/10/14 with my buddy, he running his Nissan GTR. Not running the busa, read that you have to have full leathers if you break 120, not something I have right now so guess its the 1/8 mile at Qualcomm for me next time.

I might get up there Sat. morning myself(just as a spectator),have a friend from Perris who's been taking his old Gen I Busa up there lately just to play around.Pretty sure if you run under a 10.0 you have to have an NHRA license(he ran some 10.1's last trip)so think he's going for that this weekend.

Headed up to the Lucky Greek in about an hour,I usually park right in front of the door if possible so yell at me if you come up.
