Fly across the Atlantic in an Avro Lancaster WW II bomber

thats pretty awesome. not somthn one gets to do every day. so I'm assuming o2 masks must be worn if not pressurized.

I have seen the plane at the Hamilton airshow previously. What a great treat for the well heeled.

Probably a good way for them to pay for the restoration  Yea if I had 55K to burn I'd probably buy Josh's bike and save the other 35K

The Collings Foundation offers what they call "Educational Flights" on both a B-17 and the only flying B-24 in existence. They legitimately under 501C3 rules can charge a fee for a flight in what has been categorized as a Flying Museum. $4-600 a pop depending on length and time of day.

This pays for the upkeep of these planes. Pretty awesome to do.
