fluffying at 3000 rpm when in dealer mode

Hi I have just dicovered a bug in the Hayabusas engine managment unit when in dealer mode it bogs down at 3000 rpm then pulls clean the bike runs fine in normal mode Suzuki are aware of this and say it alters the ingnition timing or fuel duration at this point.
how do you get cpu error codes to come up if you cannot run the bike in dealer mode without having to put up with the bogging down at 3000 rpm try ridding at 55 mph in top it runs real bad.

You are not suppose to run in dealer mode.
nowhere in the manual does it say to ride it with the dealer mode switch on.it is for stacic testing only.

Dealer mode, whats that then? iv not heard of it..
