there a pricy mod at £200 but bike feels better already and not rode it yet!!

hope this pays for itself by not paying my physiotherapist £40 every month

I hear they help a lot. I don't have them because I have a bad back and need to lean forward as much as possible to take the weigh off of my pelvis.
