I'm still in my break-in period. So I have to be veryfor about 300-400 more miles. Then it's on!
You and me where in the same boat my friend, i had my Busa 2 months now and just got her first service done so now i can let her go a bit. God it was hell keeping the revs down and the speed but 600 mile later i felt good about it. In fact i kept it in "C" mode most of the time just to be safe. Now its in "A" mode unless it rains then its back to "C".
My Old CBR 600 took me to the 155mph club, My Busa took me to the 165MPH club then ran out of "Safe" road so backed off, there is always another day when you back off, not so if you dont.

165 MPH on highway straight.
It was daytime, in the middle of "nowhere," no cars around. I was wearing race suit, gauntlet gloves and race helmet. (had just gotten suit, was stretching it out before track day)
