Looking at a fast by gast head. Ported and oversize valves milled 3 thou. I have a 1507 at 13 to 1 compression. Everything is done to my motor. Carillo rods heavy duty case and head studs ape springs. I don't think I missed anything in my build except getting my head done. This is a street bike with occasional track use. I will also be sending nitrous to it this year. I guess my questions are does fast by gast do good head work and will the head be an asset shooting nitrous. Or is it just a waste of money. Thank you.

I have bought parts / service through his shop...I would think that if you discuss what you want and determine a price that you are willing to pay you will not be disappointed. As with any build go overkill on where you can and what is necessary as needed...I support Paul and his efforts

A good head and cam combo can make or break your motor.

just because a head is ported by a well known builder doesnt mean its what your combo needs.

having a head ported specifically for your combination is the way to go.
