    Is the fairing stay/bracket bent?
Putting stress on the fairings causing the cracks?

That was my conclusion, had two engineers look at it and came to same conclusion, Suzuki however seemed unable to see that.

Is that an OEM Stay? I bought a Vortex stay during my rebuild and it was a complete pile of crap. Swapped it for a MotoBrackets stay and it was like night and day.

Are you able to bend it so it doesn't bind the fairing?
