Extreme Sports Network ?

So while TV channel surfing I have stumbled accross this channel on Dish Network called ESN Extreme Sports Network. # 230

They have been showing some home video of Busa crazyness and other sportbikes also some fine big wave surfing ... just wondered if this was a local Northern Calif thing or if U folks are gettin it too?
