Ok I have to go back and get my owners manual but when I looked inside my pass seat cover cone pieace what are the 2 spacers for. I see were the go were the old bolts were for the oh sh%$ handle but I dont see there purpose with the cover on. Thanks 4 the help the bike is truely awesome just picked it up today and now its raining im going into withdrawls already.

If you are riding with the hump, take those spacers and bolts and put them somewhere, where they won't be lost. They serve no function with the hump installed, unless you do the grab bar mod to have the grab bar installed with the hump on.
I've heard just the opposite. When the hump is on, install all four bolts as if the grab rail was on as they help to stabilize the tail section.
