Ewan McGregor breaks leg

Depending on what leg he broke and how bad (article doesn't say), he's gonna cut it close with being ready in my book- don't you lose strength in the broken leg if you're not on it? And if it's his left leg, he'll have nothing for the clutch (if he uses it).
And, he'll be riding a BMW bike, so it'll be a bit heavy to balance, wouldn't it?
Just thinking of the ripple effect from all this.

Having lived all over Africa for years, I definately wouldn't go there just after I broke my leg. If you have trouble, you REALLY HAVE TROUBLE ! Medicine and our expected Medical practices have NOT arrived in 90% of Africa. I would wait at least 6 months and get full strength and mobility back into that leg. Riding a bike in Africa is NOTHING like riding one here on a dirt road.
