Ever taken a race class?

I'm thinking about taking one of the multi day classes, like the Keith Code class, some time next year as a present to myself.  Have any of you ever done it?  If so, do you have any suggestions on the best class?  I don't plan on doing any real racing, other than a track day sometimes, but I'd like to learn how to get more out of my bike.  Also seems like the class would be a lot of fun.

They are called "Track Schools", and they are the best way to learn how to really ride your bike. I haven't been to one yet, but many of my friends have. Most small track day providers have them, or you can go to the larger, more expensive ones like California Superbike school.
