Thanks Bro, This is helpfull, gives me a good General area to focus on. I appreciate it.It all depends on what you're looking for. If you stay on the South side of ATL you can get more land for your money but it is starting to grow rapidly. If you goto the North side you gjet a little less but there is a lot of choices. If you go up GA 400 you can find houses any where from the low $100s to $1m+. The area around Lake Lanier is beautiful and the GA mountains are only about 30 mins away and it will take you about 45 mins to get to ATL airport. The only draw back with the North side is the traffic. If you have to run rush hour you can almost double your driving time on somedays. I live up on the southeast side of Lake Lanier in Hall county and drive to the airport every afternoon. It's 53 miles door to door and it takes me any where from 45 mins to a hour and that is at 1:30 pm. I haven'
t been up I75 but I do know a number of people that live up that way and they really like it. I would say any where in the yellow area you would like.
We'll see what happens. I honestly will be pretty happy wherever I end if there aer mountains handy, and maybe a little Chill in the Air come Winter...
