Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience @ Wheeler's Bike Shop @ Deals Gap.

Russ Wheeler offers an $89 re-map for your stock ECU on any Suzuki fuel injected bike.  He uses the TEKA programmer to dial in air/fuel and throttle response.  He performed a baseline dyno run and 7 additional dyno pulls to tune the bike.

My 2006 Hayabusa is box stock with 4,000 miles.  The initial baseline dyno run showed 154hp and 94tq.  Upon completion of the tuning, my numbers were 158hp and 98tq.

The throttle response is awesome, and the bike has no more low rpm stumble.  Mid range power and driveability has also improved.

If you go visit Deals Gap, stop by Wheeler's on Highway 129 near Robbinsville and let him tune your bike.

Here is a link to the dyno results:

My question is this . I have thought about getting him to do mine also but then some people I have talked to said that when he does it in the Altitude he is in .That when your back in your home environment it will be a difference in airpressure thus effecting the mapping .Anyone else have a take on this..

8 degrees and 12% humidity change in 29 minutes between the dyno runs? What caused that? How does that affect the power reading. I love in Alaska, the state of extreme changes and I have not seen that much change that quick anywhere. Does anybody else know what affect this has on the accuracy of the dyno run? On the results?

Rock solid numbers...thats what they should be and if the thottle response is crisp good stuff!!!
