ECM swap Gen1 99-01 and 2002 and up

We have a 2000 Busa with 32920-24F21 ECM. I see used ones on Ebay that all have 32920-24FK0 - I believe the K0 is for 2002 and up

will the K0 work in 99-2001?

Not a direct swap on 99-00. You need the 32 bit rotor and repin a couple wires at the ecu. There is a write up on it if you search it.
2001 you can swap ecu and rotor without repin
