Ordered a few more things for my system from them a couple months back. Went to install last weekend and found the order was mixed up somehow.(this order was made half on evilbay and half direct sale) Called them today, got a prompt return call and even though this was purchased back in Sept, they gave me no hard time at all. We figured it out in a few min on the phone and they are taking care of me promptly, hassel free.Quite friendly and very helpfull on the phone too, no attitude at all, and it was probably my mistake even. They are good people!!!!
