Dynojet PCIIIUSB problem

Ran into problems with Power Commander III USB. I wonder if anybody else ran into similar problems and how to fix it.

Here is the story:
Changed the Piston kit in the engine. Added JE 1307 Piston kit. With the PC (Zero map) connected the engine did not start. Disconnected the PC, than engine started fine and ran fine as well. Reconnected the PC, engine ran fine. Tried a few maps. One of the maps worked fine, so left it loaded. Engine ran fine. Next day, in the morning engine did not start. Disconnected the PC engine started fine and ran fine too. Tried to reconnect the PC, but anytime reconnected the engine has problems this point on. It takes a long time for the engine to start up and it does not stay on. When it runs, it does not run right. The engine would not run on high rpms at all.
Tried to reconnect the PC several times, same happens over and over again.

Anybody had similar issues? Any idea how to fix it?

Try flashing to the latest firmware....then disconnect battery for a while...then reconnect then try again.....see if that works for ya

Sounds like the PCIII is bad, it happens. Find a Busa member with a PCIII and see if theirs works.

Tried the Dynojet on other bike, worked perfectly. After doing some troubleshooting it seems like there is a problem with the (-) negative feed for the Dynojet. I really do not understand what is going on with it, because it only works from one source of negative power, not from anywhere else.

Have not tried to flash it yet, but will do so.

Make sure it's the right power commander for the bike.

99-00 had a different one and so did the 01. They are not interchangeable.
