No comparison.
Apples and oranges.
Avon Storms are a sport touring tire.
Q3's are a sport tire, and far superior.
They won't get the mileage of the storms, but mileage depends on your riding style.
My friend has Q3's on his 07 CBR1k, they feel great and stick to the road. I have no worries about grip riding on them.

Got about 6,000 miles outta the stock rear tire (Battlax). With similar riding, 4,000 miles with Q3? Just looking for ballpark. These Avons I have are too skidish for my taste.
