'Dumbest stuff on wheels' on Speedvision

Has anyone seen this show? It's brutal! It's one thing to watch videos of folks who do stupid stuff and walk away laughing but almost every one of the clips they show result in almost certain serious injury. They just showed a kid jumping a push scooter off like twenty stairs. He hit the bottom fell forward and smacked his head so hard I'd be surprised if he wasn't permanently Fd up.
I can't laugh at most of the stuff they show cuz it's sick.

Two episodes on now that will repeat tonight at 11 and 11:30pm eastern time.
Watch the first one. It was brutal. Guy runs out on racetrack to confront driver who crashed his driver and gets hammered by another race car running into the crashed car he ran out to. Kid plummets from brick stairs. Other kids rollerblading falling from high distances bouncing off concrete and not moving. Honestly I can't see how they can get away with showing this stuff?
