Ducati MotoGP Not Ready

It's a pity, but it appears that Rossi was given the bad news that vital development parts won't be ready for testing until after the season starts. (Pity for Nicky Hayden as well, because he probably has one more championship left in him.)

I think this will be Rossi's last year with Ducati, because with maybe a handful of years left in the sport, he should only be expected to develop a new bike, not reinvent it from scratch. And, there's always a possibility that he'll move to Ferrari after this year when Massa's contract expires.

I was hoping for a Ducati victory with an Italian rider. Or one from the USA.

That is disappointing. I think rossi has been looking to get out for a while now. I would have to agree about it probably being his last year.
