Does this sound like a dead battery?

I just rode a good 30 minutes or so running about 80mph on the interstate and when I get home I cut my bike off but did not switch the whole bike completely off. I start it back up and drive a few feet to the garage and cut it back off completely this time. I go to crank it to move it once more and it will not start. It will try to turn over but all the settings and time will reset. The bike wasn't showing it was overheated. The battery is also at least 2 years old so I'm thinking battery? Has anyone else had this issue before?

Sounds like the battery has a dead cell!
Replace it!

Internal short in the battery. Time to shop for a new battery.

i got a ballistic lithium battery because the battery that was on the bike when i bought it wasnt all that great....long story short....the battery is awesome.

get your current battery LOAD-TESTED first before buying a new battery.

I'd test that battery at a parts store. If it's bad get a new one, then test your charging system.
