Do you need the Charcoal Canister?

Notice anything missing? No Charcoal canister. Why would they remove that?

My '00 had the pair valve removed, is that the same thing? This bike has slip ons.

Probably removed thinking small performance gain eliminating emissions components. Cheap on eBay if you want to replace.

Gen 2 non California model does not have one . So Guessing your bike started life in a different state .

Mine is a 2014 , and did not have one . I moved my Regulator/ rectifier to that spot when deleting belly wing / bracket
