been drinking some craft beers lately. from dogfish head and stone brewing co mostly. been working up to the stone ruination IPA, over 100 IBU's. intense bitter taste, about halfway through subsides, leaving behind a light floral taste, maybe honeysuckle, or grapefruit blossoms. i also have a bottle of worldwide stout in the fridge that i may taste tomorrow or sunday. this could be an expensive habit, lol.

cool. my buddy andy does that. told me to look into a "kolsch". it's an ale like beer that's cold brewed like a lager. i want to taste one, but have yet to find one.

i like a hoppy beer, i like a stout. the darker the better. a wheat, and oatmeal, a chocklote stout. these are the beers that i dream about. in bottle, in mug, this beer that we chug.

im known to have a beerst or two. im not pickey, i like all kinds. been drinkin alot of fat tire and red stripe this past week.

I also used to make my own beer. Got very expensive after a while. I always had two batches going so I wouldn't run out. Made the beer so high in alcohol content at first, that you'd get a headache after a 16oz and a nap.

a local pub had one of their reps passing out samples, there were dfh beers on special all day last sunday. olde brandywine is awesome. most of their beers are delicious. i had a guinness after a couple bottles of dogfish head, couldn't taste anything. it was like water.

If ya like hoppy beers try and find dreadnaught from three floyds. There is a local brewery by my house that makes a killer russian imperial stout that is aged in bourbon barrels. Very very tastey.

Ive been going to a brew your own beer place in NH called Incredibrew
i went with a group of 10 guys and we brewed 6 kegs then you go back 2 weeks later and bottle them up and you drink the the whole time your there. there are beers in the refrigerator that you can take then you replace them on your bottling day.
