Do YOU allow test-rides?

Do any of you guys, "if you sold a bike" allow someone to "test ride" it? I don't think i would if its a sportbike.

(Basing from what i hear you guys talk about all the time, i'll JUST BET the moron that wrecked the bike used the rear-brake and locked the rear-wheel and screwed himself).

What do YOU think happened?

Bike use the front brakes to stop (ie: 70-80% of braking power comes from front brakes)

I did let a buddy ride the Busa once(he'd been riding bikes for 20+ yrs), he got off the bike adrenaline pumping shaking his head NO, I found that amusing.

FWIW, I test rode my '02 Busa. Around the block, made sure it shifted and stopped. Never got it above 40mph. But, I also handed the man 50% of the cash before I put a leg over it.

how did he stop at every turn before that. was there no traffic or stop signs anywhere. and if he was using the rear brake than he didnt know what he was doing anyway. I dont think the other guy knew anything either
