I wrote a small note to this company, I hope I don't step on any toes or endanger this site in any way, hence I did not mention any names at all.
The following was sent today:

To whom it may concern,
Customer sales and building honest, trustworthy relationships should be the #1 goal of any company with long term business plan. While running a business in any capacity is demanding and time consuming, it is expected that the owner takes a certain pride in maintaining an HONEST open communication with every single customer.
While, I haven't personally used or purchased from your site the following
has cause me concern in doing so.
A customer of yours has taken his dissatisfaction with your service and posted a "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY" message on a very large and established web site (10,000+ registered active members). Freedom of speech can be a bitch sometimes.
The content of internet sites can cover a very broad spectrum of bike brands and can be viewed by millions of people. It is common these days, for some internet business owners to take advantage of this fact and think they are immune to negetive comments by 1 dissatified customer. Often, bike owners are member of 2 or 3 different bike web site groups. 1 person can potentially, positively or negetively expose your company name to more than 50,000 individual consumers. This medium of information can exponetially grow in a matter of moments to expose your business name and practices to millions.
Power is truely in the hands of the consumer online and having sound, responsible business practices can reap great rewards. On the opposite side of the same coin, if customers are constantly misled or given false information regarding delivery dates, statuses with parts, availability, shipping dates etc....An internet business that caters to a very specific subculture of consumers, can and will cease to exist in very short order. Word to the wise...be up front and truthful with customers. If you are a 'Brick and Mortar company' meaning you stock items listed and are ready to ship immediately, claim that you are such. If you are a 'Drop Ship' company, that requires time to prepare items or get/send orders overseas, that fact up front goes a long way in customer relations.
Good luck with your business. If you stick to sound business practices with good intentions and upmost respect for the customer, you will do very well.

Yours respectfully,
A concerned citizen

I take no post serious that is started with a lower case letter and then preceded by all capital letters.

Joking!

I have never heard anything good about that site/vendor.
