Do Canadian Busa's Have Us Dot & Epa Labels?

Looking at a 2009 and having some difficulties getting a compliance letter from Suzuki Canada stating what we all know that the bike meets US DOT and EPA standards in place at the time of manufacturer. Are there any decals or placards on the bike that state this and if so where are they located?

This is on a 2012, it's on the frame, left side.

Yes totally visible, just below the gas tank.

Thank for the info, looks like the one I'm looking at has had them removed and will require the Suzuki Canada compliance letter. Unfortunately they don't return phone calls or emails...
