I have been picking up a few tools and getting closer and closer to a full fledged garage. I got a 9" band saw so now I can cut metal very easily and accurately. I also got a drill press so the holes are where I want them. One of my favorite tools is a power metal cutter. This cuts metal sheet like it was a piece of cloth! Of course there is the dremel tool! I also have an 18" metal bender, super handy. Next will be a welder, but wife doesn't know it!

I make a lot of brackets and such as my Busa is loaded with extras. Most lately have been camera mounts. Homedepo and Lowes both have raw metal in both aluminum and steel, although I use mostly steel.

A pedastel grinder with a wire wheel works wonders cleaning rust/corrosion out of bolt threads.
A parts washer and a sand/bead blast cabinet come in handy too...if you don't have them already.
