delayed throttle

Hello my Busa Family. I have an issue and I need another brain to pick. My throttle lags when I twist the throttle. Its like its only running with half power. However, I have no codes coming up in dealer mode. The idle was set to 1900 rpms, which I know is way too high. I set it back down to 1050 rpms. Could the high idle rpms offset the tps? Maybe made everything unsync itself throttle wise? Help me out guys!

Have a Power Commander? If so, disconnect it first and see if it's the cause, they do go bad.

But it's more likely a clogged fuel filter, and/or a failing fuel pump.

No Power Commander. Dont want one. ECU was reflashed. Never even thought of the fuel filter. Ill have to check that and the pump.
