De-Resticting the 2003 Model? Same as 02?

I have searched these forums and find nobody answering this Question, Yet.

I'm waiting too. I heard/read that it's not the same as the 02, i.e. what works for the 02 does NOT work for the 03, but I don't know if that's the truth.

00busablu mentions in the "Switchable Tre, Does anybody know" (Mod section):

"the 6.8 tricks the cpu into thinking its in 5th gear thus removing the speed restriction and the 15k tricks it into 6th gear thus not removing the restriction and no radio shack doesn't carry the resistor but if you send me 25c and a self addressed stamped envelope ill send you a 6.8k res i have 1000 of them."

I don't know if that's the definitive answer.
