Ya should see some of the pursuit driving courses the highway patrol officers get to do. At least in ohio.
My 2nd favorite. High speed backing. Back down a str8 away up to 55 mph, at the marker cone break without skidding and stop with six inches of a set of cones across the road.
Got into trouble for doing it from 90.
the skid pad is always a favorite but in ohio we have access to a 400mph rated test track with full banked walls so we really get to play drive fast.

damn i wouldn't want this to be done with my car!
tht's what I was thinkinglooks fun. looking at the skid marks it looks like it took a few tries to get it right.
