Not a good test. What are the chances of hitting something with your body completely vertical like that? Zero. They need to put the dummy on a bike and crash it. Do a test with a car turning left in front of the bike. But that would be expensive. But I bet someone in the government is looking at this video and thinking, hmmm, maybe we should do this.
