Custom undertail

Just a quick pole, what do you like more???

Actually what I did was cut the rear fender and re-mounted the rear signals lights using the brackets that hold the red reflectors at the rear of the bike. I put on a set of short-stalk blinkers with the carbon fiber housing and clear lenses. If I must say so myself, that was probably one of the best mods I have done....and believe me that I have done many. It was cheap, and very easy to do. Pics to come soon.

my buddy did the underttail with hugger on his F4i... It looks SCHWEET! But, I don't like the blinkers because they are hard to see when he is leading. Call me a safety junky, but I believe in those big, bright lights to show the cages where you are, and where you intend to go.

Not to mention, if I follow him on a grimey road, or in the rain... He spews stuff all over me! ARGH!

I really dig the customized look, but I think I will stay stock for now.

Custom undertails come with custom lights dude.

Yeah.. there's no choice for a 'cut-down stock undertail'. So I can't vote.

I think the undertail and the tire hugger makes the rear of the bike look alot cleaner.

I like undertails and huggers, but I haven't found one that does exxactly what I want and retains both form and function as I see fit. So I'm a stocker until I find the right thing.
