Custom scooters are pretty popular over in Japan and other parts of Asia. They even have dedicated magazines geared just towards custom scooters.

That's for sure! Saw so many last time I was in Tokyo! Barely any actual motorcycles... Crazy stuff... lol

They are pretty crazy! My neighbor was stationed in Toyko for over 5 years and he brought home all kinds of magazines from Japan. They treat the scooters like 2 wheeled cars!

My friend just got a Honda "Ruckus"... it's more like an offroad/on road scooter... Seems there's a whole bunch of people that soop those up in Japan also.
