Cruise Control for GenII

Well you have two options to my knowledge:

1. Some sort of throttle lock like Throttlemeister or Vista Cruise. Not a true cruise control but nice to give the right hand a break with and very easy to install.

2. Audiovox Cruise Control Lots of writes up on this one here but the install is pretty intense.

The CCS-100 (vacuum cruise from Audivox) is no longer available. You will have to find one laying around on a shelf some place or pay 3 times the original price on Ebay. The electronic version of this (rostra I think) is known to cause electrical gremlins in the Gen II.

I was lucky and picked up a CCS-100 from an online retailer that only had one left. The install is not too bad if you take your time and are mechanically inclined.

Throttlmiester are good value I rekon - as said not true cruise control but easy (bloody easy) to install and works well to relieve the hand - I have had 2 now on diffrent bikes and are very happy.
