cru manual cam chain tensioner

this is my first time change a head on a busa i decide to change the cam tensioner because it seem as if it cause my valves to all be bent found out their is a defect in the automatic factory tensioner on the 1999-2000 busa. where do i redirect the oil hose going to the factory tensioner
