Creeper races!

Ok since on Saturday night of the fall bash, a creeper race was started down the hill, i think we should make it official!

So at the spring bash we need come up with some rules for this!
Here is a list for discussion,

What is allowed for modification to the creeper?

What type of wheels are allowed?

Fixed steering, or free?

Creeper need to be store bought, or home made?

Input needed here, post up your thoughts!
