I see the oil. Replace that stator cover with a good one. The OEM is weak. Woodcraft I'm thinking makes a real good one and you can even get them with slide puks

Glad he was alright. Be very careful when you go to replace the stator cover. Those magnets are surprisingly strong, and it would be easy to tear up a finger. Like Robert said, the Woodcraft is a very well made part.

I suppose I should mention this is 1 of 3 he owns, and he was riding with a broken wrist and elbow. Holy lord, that must have hurt before the crash
