Get sticky tires and a better driver. The launch is where it is at. The vette loses by 2 lenghts at the track.

thanks for the comments , it was just for fun thats what we do out here in the country when we get bored We have ran the same race with slicks on both of the cars and the stang never won,so if ya want to say that slick would of made the diffrence then im sorry to say it didnt.

sorry, the gt500 is a porker. cut off about 900 lbs and you'd have a monster, but until then, it's another slow and pretty stang.

Even if the GT beats the Z06 in a drag, in the twisties the GT would probably have no chance against the Z06 - the Z06 is just a great all around cage - best cage I've ever had fun-wise.
