Corrosion remover?

The previous owner of the 02 Busa I have took it to the Salt Flats and obviously didn't do to well of a job cleaning her up afterwards.

Most of the nuts and bolts on the engine cases and other areas have this white, fuzzy corrosion around them. Any products out there to remove this stuff and protect them further?

I was pretty sure high-pressure car wash was not going to be on the recommended list. I'm new to the Busa world and want to make sure I do things the correct & safe way!
