Cop pulls over bike to take helmet cam

saw both videos...not same rider in video... until someone provides link to actually statute that says arrest for obstructed license (does this mean after mudding in my 4x4 i can be arrested for not cleaning off the plate in that state or any other??) the officer made something up just to wrongfully secure private property.... or mabey he wanted the cam because the video quality of his dash cam looks like sh$% :laugh::laugh:
 
I just noticed the same article in bike related. If an admin wants to delete or add mine to existing thats cool :)
