Cooling system bleeding?

So the engine should be back this week and I need to know if I have to bleed the cooling system. (Some random guy without a busa told me I'd need to so I figured I'd ask all you pro's)

What is the best way to go about it if I need to.

What I do is also listed in the manual:
Fill up the rad until it is full, replace the cap, make sure there is some coolant in the overflow reservoir, and carefully lean the bike over side to side, as far as you can without dropping it, a couple of times.
This will take out all the air (rises up and out).
Refill level in rad and you are good to go.

This is the ticket..... I had to get someone to help me out, I laid it almost on the ground 3 times on each side and took it to 3 grand to push the bubbles. The coolant hose on the top of the motor air locks if this is not done... get stuck in traffic and you will know.

As far as coolant, engine ice is what I run.....
