cooling fan problem

I installed a stage 1 velocity kit recently. Everything is running well except I noticed the fan doesn't come on now. I got home and let it idle to see if maybe it wasn't running hot enough to activate the fan, but it almost went into the red so I shut it down and checked for loose connections. The thermo switch and fan were both connected. only thing I found was the fan's control relay wasn't mounted to the fuse box. Anybody have any suggestions as to what else I could look for?

Yeah, I just hooked my fan up to run when ever my bike is on. I felt you can't have enough air running through the motor! Check all your fues as well, maybe one went out!

that sounds like a good setup. how did you hook it up to run all the time?

Just ran it into the headlight fuse, in the fuse box on the left side of the bike,

it's worked great for me so far,

the fan is negative switched... I would try connecting the negative up to a ground location and see if the fan comes on. If it does, back track from there....
