Computer codes need help

I am getting all four injector codes on my Busa powered funny car .Car had been running ok except for carboning up the plugs. i have power commander set up to rich. every thing seems to be working like its suppose to any ideas thanks Spivey Racing

could it be that it's set up too rich?

Try removing the PC and see what happens.
