Coax Type F connector Question? Help!

I have a distribution panel that only outputs an F type connector to a rear TV on my RV. I have determined the piece of coax running to rear of the coach is bad.

My question is, do they make a converter that accepts a coax input and converts it to an RCA output? If I can find this I can buy a wireless transmitter and do away with trying to pull a new cable.

figured out why they don't make such a box...you would be re-broadcasting the entire spectrum of channels since there would be no tuner on the coax. Lots of FCC guys would not appreciate that too much. Thanks anyway.
