Motorcycle rider dies in Centreville (VA) accident
Phillip Goode, 63, of Falls Church, died on Saturday, April 28, after his motorcycle collided with a 1999 Cadillac driven by a 75-year-old woman from Clifton.
Goode was traveling south on Union Mill Road in Centreville near its intersection with Braddock Road, according to Fairfax County Police. When the woman, traveling north on Union Mill, turned in front of him to reach Braddock, they crashed.
Goode was thrown from his motorcycle onto the road. He was taken by ground to InovaFairfaxHospital, where he was pronounced dead. The other driver was not hurt.
The case is still under investigation and charges are pending, according to police.
