clutch housing washer

which way do i install the thrust washer? on side is all gold looking the other side is silver and have a gold ring around it.

no is not the convex washer is the one that goes before that one. is flat is both sides, one side is chrome looking the other side is brass looking. the chrome looking have a brass have a inner looking finish and the manuals don't specify wich way i need to put them in.

if you are refering to the thrust washer....you are right Clymer dont say either.

i have haynes and suzu service manuals and they don't say wich way the thrust washer need to go i guess it don't matter.
