Clutch Cover Installation

I have a chrome clutch cover and am thinking of installing it myself. I also have a new gasket. Is is as simple as draining the fluid, removing the bolts and cover, replacing new gasket, cover and rebolting? Or is there more involved?

Shouldnt even need to drain the oil for the clutch cover if its on the side stand.

Thanks for the info. I'll be draining the oil anyway for an oil change while I'm at it. I'll post once the job's done.
