How to fix this hub clearance? I have vibrations in 1st and 2nd gear with a fast gear change. And on cold oil i hear too much noise.

3 - Here is my problem, any fix?
4 - sleeve was magnetic grinded by 0,165mm each side - old movie.
Do I need new HUB? Or harder springs?My slipper was welded and (magnetic grinded after recorded this movies^).
