will the 99-07 cluch and break lever fit a 08-11 ???

Some will some wont. Just depends on the bike. You may need new perches if you are using custom levers. I can tell you that I moved my pazzo's from my 05 to my 08 and sold my 05 with the oem levers off of the 08. Both worked with no issues. Welcome to the oRg.
